Harlem Shake v3 (Timeout Edition)

“Gangnam Style” yesterday, “Harlem Shake” today — and we’re doing it! With the exception of 1 guy, the first part of these “Harlem Shake” videos are dead-pan serious. The second part is where things get out of control and interesting! Here’s our take on the latest internet meme. Check it out!

Beer Talk with Chris

Chris, aka “Optimusuperman” on Instagram, is a good friend of mine and he loves beer. Specifically micro brews. I’m a fan of beer too but, since my knowledge of the stuff is pretty limited, I invited Chris over so he could talk about a few samples and educate me a little about this great thing that is micro-brewed beer!

CHAOTIME PHOTOBOOTH’s 3rd Anniversary!

CHAOTIME PHOTOBOOTH

Guess what?! Today officially marks 3 years of being in the photo booth business and we’ve had a TON of fun! We’ve been to some awesome events and weddings, met a lot of fun people, and worked at beautiful venues. Above all, we’ve had the privilege of being able to create memorable experiences for so many people! We absolutely LOVE what we do—here are some compliments we’ve received as testimony of our continued strife for excellence and professional services in our business.

Thank you so much!! The photo booth was definitely a huge hit and the set up was beautiful! Great memories made with CHAOTIME!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for being SO amazing at our wedding! It sounds like we weren’t the only ones who thought you were fabulous – we’ve heard nothing but great things from the family and friends in charge of decorating/setting up, to our guests, other vendors, etc. We feel so blessed that everything worked out so well. Thank you for being patient with the children (both big and small) and for ensuring it was a good experience for all our guests – it means a lot to us! The postings here on FB are so fun to look through and my friends have had a great time reposting them as well! Thank you for posting them! Our scrapbook turned out great as well – so glad that we have it to see how much fun everyone had! We will definitely treasure it for years to come. ♥”

Spring in Portland, Oregon

Using the “360 Panorama” app, this picture of Cherry Blossoms on the downtown waterfront is perhaps the best picture I’ve ever taken with my iPhone 4. Photos taken with camera phones tend to have blown-out skies, but the overcast produced nice shades of gray under the clouds.

For just $.99, the “360 Panorama” app for iPhone is a steal and should be part of everyone’s apps library. I believe they have a version for Android too. More information here.

UPDATE: I just uploaded this picture to Occipital’s “Immersive Viewer” to see what the experience was like. The picture quality isn’t as good on a desktop, but if look at this with your phone, you’ll be blown away. Here it is, check it out!

Rose Bowl 2012: Oregon vs. Wisconsin

So proud of my Ducks, I had to make this video. Excluding interruptions, I shot and edited this short video in about 2 hours. As YouTube is my creative playground, I thought I’d try my hand at making a beat-box “music” video. Watch it and celebrate the Ducks’ Rose Bowl win over the Wisconsin Badgers!
