For over 2 years now, I’ve been consistently going to the gym and working out about 5 (sometimes 6) days a week. Although I’ve made some good muscular gains, I don’t have the definition I’d like so I’m changing my routine and starting a new diet plan for the beginning of 2013. To help me reach my goals, I’m recording myself when I workout so I can review the video footages to work on my form and track my progress. Today was shoulders, lats, and back day. Taking video in the gym takes up a little bit of time so I didn’t get every exercise in, but this is a good glimpse of what I do in the gym.

Chris, aka “Optimusuperman” on Instagram, is a good friend of mine and he loves beer. Specifically micro brews. I’m a fan of beer too but, since my knowledge of the stuff is pretty limited, I invited Chris over so he could talk about a few samples and educate me a little about this great thing that is micro-brewed beer!
I recently bought a GoPro Hero3 action camera and, since it doesn’t have a display, I had to buy an external monitor for it so I can frame my shots. While I was looking for a small, portable (and cheap) display on Amazon, I came across a dirt-cheap HD rear view camera that I couldn’t pass up—so I bought it! The monitor was intended for my new GoPro but since it would be sitting around most of the time, I thought I could put it to good use by hooking it up to the rear-view camera and installing them in the car. I just installed both the monitor and the camera today and it’s perfect! I’m a pretty good reverse and parallel parker, but with this new system installed, there’s no more guessing! Here are the links to the products if you’re interested in installing one for yourself. All this for less than $34!
The last time I was in Boomtown, we went to the “Lobster Buffet” and I took down 22 lobsters. We went back this time and I challenged myself to see if I can break my own record! Watch the video to see if I beat my own record of eating 22 lobsters! What’s your record?
And we have a winner! A few weeks ago, I announced a t-shirt giveaway where my YouTube subscribers would be entered into a drawing for a free Mienja T-shirt. Our vacation was busier than we expected so I didn’t have time to do the drawing until just a couple days ago. With help from my daughter, we found a winner! Congratulations to my YouTube channel’s subscriber! If you want to find out who the winner is, you’ll have to watch the video!
