Here it is! As mentioned in a previous post, this highly-customized eLearning course just won an award from Brandon Hall Research for “Best Custom Content”! The Oregon Restaurant Education Foundation (OREF) and OakTree Digital (my employer) teamed up to take OREF’s Alcohol Server’s education course to the next level by converting their existing course into an exciting and engaging online learning experience in Flash.
The course itself has a seat time of approximately 2 hours, but you can have a sneak preview through this little sample I made (below). Just click on the piece below to start the demo and enjoy!

An exciting project will be posted next but until it’s ready, I thought I’d share something I did when I was in the 3rd grade. The elementary school I attended put on a play, The Wizard of Oz, and asked me to draw a picture for the program cover. The entrance to the castle is what I came up with. Not bad for a 3rd grader, eh?
